What I liked

Spotlessly clean. ALL staff were caring and genuine. It was the first time I had had a general anaesthetic and was very anxious. I need not have been so worried. Excellent. Would not hestiate in recommending this hospital. I have no adverse comments whatsoever.

What could be improved

A very minor thing, the organisation of beds. I arrived at 7am and did not know till 10am that a bed was available for me. As it happened, I did not need it and went home the same day.

Thank you for your kind remarks. It is always good to receive positive comments from the people who use our services.

I note your comments about the management of beds. Unfortunately, occasionally the Trust does have a high demand for beds which can result in delayed admissions. However, we would expect you to have been kept informed of any problem and your comments have ben passed to the admissions lounge.
