my husband was taken to Warrington Hospital by ambulance. He arrived around 1pm. He was taken to a bay, he was in pain. The ambulance personnel cleared the bedding off the bed and waited while the two nurses carried on their conversation next to the bay. On the floor was a toilet roll, remains of a pasty, bits of plastic and tissue. We stood by the bed until the two nurses finished their conversation, the ambulance personnel apologised for the wait and the dirty floor. I left my husband at 8.15, he was to be admitted with kidney stones but there was no bed for him. In all that time he was not offered a drink or anything to eat, I saw to that. The cleaner came in and emptied the bins and pushed some litter with some type of brush. They did not come near the bay, it took them all of 5 mins. I have no idea when that area had a decent clean. It's a disgrace.
"i have just left my husband in admissions."
