What I liked

Admitted to ward 19 after knee surgery problem, I spent 6 days over easter being tested thoroughly, the consltants are all very professional and listen and explain thoroughly, the nursing staff are second to none, their attention to patients needs was always met, always friendly and cheerful. The ward was exceptionally clean, the food is fantastic.... not what I had expected, having moved back to UK from living in Canada 26 years, they run along same system as UK but not as efficient as far as I have just experienced. NHS is getting it

right. The media only concentrate on the bad aspects of anything, the British people have the best as far as I am concerned, bottom line it all boils down to attitude and expectations.
