What I liked
The consultant was very thorough and everything was explained to me in full. I was treated with dignity and respect on my short visit. The waiting time was acceptable and all the staff seemed pleasant.
What could be improved
Parking is still hard to find even after the increase in spaces. Perhaps an indication of the waiting time when you book in would be helpful.
