What I liked
The friendly and professional staff at the SSSU removed my anxiety from the moment I arrived.
Everything was very well organised and as this was my first time as a patient in hospital helped me very much.
The ward was spotless and comfortable.
Anything else?
My discharge was handled very efficiently and my follow up appointment arrived soon after as promised.
