I was admitted to ward 28 from aau after suffering chest pains on july 16 and discharged on the 21st after angioplasty but being told I required a further angioplasty and would be sent for in a few weeks still waiting. Apart from the discharge which was a shambles probably lots of procedures broken I would think my stay was good. But what I am confused about is the following I have been sent an appointment to see a cardiologist at Bridlington Hospital on Oct 2nd the doctor I am going to see doesn't work at CHH. I live 5 minutes from CHH and 60 minutes from Bridlington why have I been given appointment there? My GP based in Beverley cant understand it and has written 3 weeks ago to find out why no reply yet. Problem being that the consultant I am being sent to see is based in Scarborough if I am to have a procedure it is not feasible for this to happen at Scarborough due to family issues.
After I received the Bridlington appointment
I rang the appointments number on the letter and was told that this had been arranged via referral by my GP having asked him he says not would there be any sensible explanation
"Confused"
