"Wellesley 10/10"

I have recently had a second knee replacement at the Spire Wellesley.

When I had the first knee replacement in April this year, I was very nervous as I had been told by friends and acquaintances who had the same experience that it was a very painful procedure, I was therefore absolutely amazed that for me there was very little discomfort. My surgeon managed to control my pain and I recovered very quickly, well enough to have the second knee replacement on 2nd September.

The second knee was much worse than the first knee and there was a lot more surgery required, however, here we are just over a week later and once again I have had very little discomfort and am recovering very quickly.

In addition to my excellent treatment by my surgeon, I must say every member of staff, regardless of the position they held at the Wellesley, did everything in their power to make my stay as comfortable and happy as possible.

They were very friendly and caring and it is impossible for me to name names as everybody deserves a mention and it's impossible for me to name everybody.

Nobody looks forward to an operation or to going into hospital, however if it is necessary the Wellesley is the place to go.
