"A Very Satisfied Patient"

My experience of CMH is as an outpatient of the Rheumatology Department over the last nine years. Thanks to the care and expertise of the doctor and their team during that time, my RA has been contained and so my visits now are usually limited to just twice a year. Whenever I come, I am struck by the friendly welcome given by all the staff, which immediately eliminates any anxiety which a hospital visit may trigger. The doctor is a true professional in whom I have great confidence. However busy the department maybe, he appears to spend time getting to know his patients, explain procedures and answer any questions. The atmosphere in the Injection Clinic is such that puts any nervous patient, such as myself, at ease. I have overcome my needle phobia thanks once again to the doctor's skill and patience. They have a very good rapport with their team and this conveys itself to their patients.

I feel very lucky and satisfied to be a patient of this hospital department.
