My mother has just been discharged from west Cornwall hospital after a 5 week stay for heart and kidney failure.
During this time she got a UTI which made her hallucinate and become aggressive and unco-operative.
the staff took this all in their stride and the care was first class.
Nothing seemed too much trouble, they informed me everyday as to her prognosis and my opinions were listened to .
They do a very difficult job with a smile on their faces at all times.
This hospital must never be allowed to close. Mum had an overnight visit to Treliske which is a 60 mile round trip. Had she been kept in Treliske I would not have been able to visit everyday as I did at Penzance.
Excellent all round
