"Waiting Time."

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

I had a 9:15 appointment (for which I arrived early) but was not seen by a doctor until 10:40. The reason: the admin staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves to notice that they had not processed my paperwork. It was only after I spoke to them twice that they acted. They were quite friendly to patients but they need to up their game.
