What I liked

I am emailing to thank the staff on the Warrington EMU for their excellent care of my mother who was admitted in June with a sever Kidney infection.

Mum was in the department for a week. The staff there were efficient, competent, and very 'caring' towards her.

During her stay mum had the very sad news that her aunt had died, the sister of the ward was very comforting and supportive and this was so important to mum who was feeling vulnerable.

The EMU appears to be a very effective system of assessing and dealing with emergency illnesses.
