Although what I will be saying is a contradiction in terms it sums things up.
My care when I had my Colonoscopy was faultless and before and after it was done was beyond reproach. Nevertheless I do hope it will be my last visit for some time!
The instructions sent with the appointment were clearly written in non-jargon terms. I was treated with respect and dignity throughout and the courtesy shown by all members of the staff if they thought one was lost was reassuring and showed what a real professional organisation WSH is.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean and with the sun shining any dust would have shown up. All the staff worked together as a happy team. Aware, but not fussing or patronising even down to making sure the rooms were not too hot and closing the blinds when necessary. I felt like a valued member of society and not just another nuisance.
WSH will always be my hospital of choice. A massive thankyou to all.
