Staff too busy, spent 8 hours watching how they travel from one area to another on the same ward. Everything is everywhere. Somebody ( maybe one of those well heeled directors) needs to actually look at what time is wasted. Staff bedside manner is absolutely appalling, not we me but with 2 other elderly women who were clearly suffering mentally.
"9 hours for A&E!"
