"Amazing staff at Park House Dental Clinic"

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My 4 year old son had been in a lot of pain with his teeth and had been referred to Park House Dental Clinic, he was extremely anxious and fearful. Joy the receptionist "bent over backwards" to help him as he was losing weight through fear of eating. They got him in swiftly and the staff were amazing! Using non scary words, patience and a very calm approach my son is receiving the very best of treatment and is now a happy confident patient. Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear your son was so fearful and anxious when he first came to Park House. The staff work really hard to ensure patients and their families feel at ease and are seen as soon as possible. Its amazing how a change of words and a calm approach can have excellent results as in your sons experience.
