What I liked

from the first moment i was greeted and treated with great care and respect at the clinical decisions unit later in the day i was transfered to ward 11 and comemenced tests ~ several days later i was again transfered to ward 37 , I can not thank enough all the staff involved in my treatment from the chatty care assistants and cleaning staff to senior consultants who all put me at ease taking time not to rush their explanations of my problems and the treatments I required the food too was plentiful with a wide choice nicely presented and very tasty dishes ~~ thankyou

What could be improved

at nights the ward night lights seemed quite bright for a light sleeper like myself ( I quite understand some night lighting is required )

Anything else?

Blackpool Victorias never ending car parking problem , surely a multi story car park building should have been built many years ago

clamping and charging even theatre staff who have urgently driven in during the night to operate on emergency cases is loonacy ~ a little tender loving care on the car parks is way over due
