"Attendance for eye problem"

About: New Cross Hospital

we booked in at reception and then it took 90 mins to be seen by eye triage and this only happened because my husband went to check if we had been forgotten. The nurse in triage was very dismissive about my referral from the opticians and said Oh Specsavers it's much to say not again. The nurse didn't seem interested at all. When I got called through the nurse was better but all the time their seemed to be a condescending attitude.

Why no chairs in the triage room for patient or relative, my husband had to stand by the wall!
