The entire GUM clinic and staff - no doctor was present so I was seen by nurses!!!!

The nurse fired questions at me, barely giving me time to explain why I was there, what surrounding symptoms I had, and what was concerning me. During the examination she got frustrated with me because I couldn't relax, and I tried explaining it had taken me two weeks to get the courage to come and be checked. I was diagnosed on the spot with an infection I had already had several times before, and the nurses did not seem to care for what I was saying. I told them I was not very hopeful with regards to the treatment, which I have completed, but I now have the infection again but I won't be going back there!
