"Excellent!"

I took my partner to A&E on Sunday at 10.30pm and remained in the hospital, in various departments, over the next 19-20 hours.

We were both struck by the professionalism and care given by every member of staff, from the porter to the consultant and every person in between. After CT scans, X-Rays, blood tests, ECG and all consultancies with Doctors and Nurses, we can honestly say each one gave their time with concentration and kindness.

The surroundings were modern and clean - although I have to say we were, for the most part, in the new part of the building. Thankfully the diagnosis, after many tests, didn't turn out to be as serious as first expected.
