What I liked

All the service they gave me. How calm and supportive they where towards me. Also my diabetes nurse team. Who are amazing. Always at the end of the phone if need be and they have time for everyone.

What could be improved

The things that they could improve on is the appointment time waiting list. When I go and see my diabetes specialist I wait over an hour of my appointment time just to hear when my diabetes nurse could tell me. I think consultants on the whole need to have more time on patents. It’s nothing to do with the nurses or the other members of staff

Anything else?

Just like to thank you for all the members of staff who where of the assessment ward when I was there and when I was being admitted all the A&E staff who had time and helped.
