Relative had a severe mental health issue, was very unwell. The staff never gave him medication despite him getting worse and worse and basically just left him to do what he wanted.
Rang up and never got information on what was going on, said he didn't need treatment and was fine even though we saw him he was clearly in a bad state and never seen him so ill.
Not sure how they are allowed to look after people, action needs to be taken.
Hopefully this barbaric place will be shut down soon.
