The friendliness, helpfullness and efficiency of the staff and the relaxed atmosphere
What could be improved
the waiting time was a little long (7 hours) but hey ho!
Anything else?
recovery process and care post-op was great, no rush to come round, or go home, they ensured I was fed & watered and felt ok before contacting my wife for the lift home.
