"Wonderful care in a&e department"

In an age when the nhs get such bad press I felt compelled to write my heartfelt thanks to York a&e department who treated my very sick mother last Sunday night. The staff were so caring, thorough in their investigations and kept us informed all through the night. I can not praise them and the service they provide enough. Having sat in a&e for 8 hours and witnessed the work they do first hand, they are absolute saints!
