Rapid and thorough assessment following emergency admission.
Approachability of medical staff BUT there are none on duty at weekends, only on call (Ward 25)!
Focus on infection control.

What could be improved
Car parking charges are outrageous - £3.40 for 2 hours!
Consultant's car park empty at weekends - why not make available to public?
More encouragement to get patients up and out of the ward, even in wheelchairs with or without help, to give them a change of scenery.
Anything else?
My sister visited my father at normal visiting times after a journey of 1.5h but then had to wait outside the ward whilst the doctor talked to him - for "confidentiality reasons". But it's ok for everyone else in the ward to overhear?
