About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Came to A&E with an extremely elevated heart rate. Impressed with the level of service and treatment received within a short space of time, made me feel at ease and comfortable and reassured me throughout the whole process. The level of service provided, especially through a time of reduced funding and resources reminded me how lucky we are to have access to treatment like this in this country.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback. It is wonderful to hear that your experience of Accident and Emergency at the JR was as positive as it could be. We aim to treat each person as an individual to ensure that they are kept at ease and as comfortable as possible. It is great to learn that this was how you found the service. As you say, we are under varying pressures but our staff work tirelessly to withhold the standards our patients deserve to expect. Your comments will be passed on.
