My appointment was 11am, I waited in the clinic for one and half hours before my name was called to give an urinary flow, when I was ready to oblige I approached a nurse and was taken to the room and provided the flow test. The nurse took the reading and in front of me placed it in a folder. I then sat back down. Then a nurse asked me to do a bladder ultra sound which we did and they took the reading. , I sat down again, then a nurse asked me to do a urinary flow test , I said I've done it already the folder in their hand was mine but contained none of my test results I had done that morning. Staff nurse came to me and we had a discussion ,my readings had been lost the nurse who carried them out was called.

no joy from that nurse, Staff nurse took an other bladder ultra sound this was now 1.30pm most of the clinic was empty, I then saw the doctor with out my flow reading for them to check.

Thiis is not acceptable, I find this clinic and the case folder operation not good. Sitting there observing the system , it didn't work well for me and needs closer supervision.

Whilst we will share your feedback with the team, there's nothing like a direct chat with a patient to really highlight the problems and think of solutions.

It also allows them to apologise to you for the problems you experienced.
