"Almost overwhelming kindness and care"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

From the moment I arrived at A&E, I was looked after with genuine care and attention. I received exceptional kindness and concern by everyone at the JR from the receptionist and triage nurse to X-ray, the porters, the wonderful team on the HAPI ward and finally the surgical experts. You all made a horrible day for an OAP who had tried to cut his toenails with a lawnmower as bearable as it could be - thank you all so very much.
