"Calling 111 to get help over GP opinions"

Hi

I called 111 to ask help on getting outside opinion on tesision what my GP made on me.

It is hard to have positive feeling over them if they 99% only say change your life style or read more about "it" in Google. And if I go to cut down on meds they prescribe even more.

111 has been awesome on calming the mind and giving a side help or opinion. Only thing is that maybe some of the staff should just let patient to talk and not just go by the square box of rules. Sometimes it's not just the illness why someone calls, often even feeling that someone listens makes patient feel better. Especially as GP often is forced in time and to not accept a long talk.
