What I liked

I would like to thank you and ALL the staff from the bottom of my heart for the care my mother received whilst in your care. I know only too well (having worked in the health service myself for 42 years) how difficult it is to maintain a high standard of care at all times especially when the ward is busy and the staff are stressed. My mother was always treated with dignity and respect and whenever I asked the staff for any help or information it was always given with a smile. I was never made to feel that I was a nuisance, on the contrary I always felt that everyone had my mother's best interests at heart and that they really cared for her and wanted to do a good job.

What could be improved
