What I liked

My wife and I would like to put on record our gratitude for the excellent and professional care when I was admitted to A.&E.on the afternoon of Monday 5th October after falling into the rive at Linton Falls, Grassington.

I was particularly impressed by being asked how I wished to be addressed each time he was asked for my name, this courtesy was greatly appreciated. As was the cup of coffee we were given and the taxi home.

What could be improved

Nothing, because everything was Ok

Anything else?

Te recent NHS rating of Excellent was well deserved.
