"cant get urgent appointment"

the new system sucks. My hubby has a lump in his testie, doc gave him the automated form to ring hospital for appointment, they said to wait till over the weekend, and if no news ring again, he rang today, they said ring doctors to have appointment pushed forward, tdoctors said wait another week. This could be serious, and could be too late. So much for all the adds telling you not to ignore lumps, cos it sure seems the hospital does
