What I liked

I underwent a particularly uncomfortable operation as an outpatient yesterday at Barnsley Hospital. All staff were extremely welcoming and friendly with none of the patronising nonsense that you can sometimes get.

The communication from all staff was fantastic; keeping me informed of what was going on at all times.

The hospital was clean, tidy, and efficient and I was kept informed as to waiting times throughout.

For what was a pretty undesirable operation, everything about the Hospital made the who experience bearable.
