What I liked

I liked the one to one patient care, the nurses and the doctors really cared about my welfare, they kept me informed throughout my stay, they put me at ease, answered any questions I had and everyone was on first name terms. The food was exellent with a great menu to choose from, excellent facilities for visitors including car parking & the restaurant was fantastic. In all, I have nothing but praise for the way this hospital is run and have no critisms. 100% service. Thanks

What could be improved

On the services given, an advancement in Urology for the future, a lithotripsy suite & proceedures in nephrostomy insertion would have saved me the trauma of being transferred to a less efficient hospital.
