"A and e department"

I am disgusted at the care my best friend received yesterday afternoon she has lumber spine and evil back ache and scholosis.

she was in agony the staff just left us lingering in a bay we got moved to another room the staff didnt offer us a drink or tell us how long we would have to wait a total of 5 hours leaving my best friend in absolute agony the doctor we spoke to was very rude treated us unfairly we didnt order an ambulance to pick us up we got that thrown back at us my friend can barely walk she was in absolute agony one of the nurses came eventually who did no tests on my friend and did nothing to help with her pain .

All the nurse just said was doctor wont be long they doesnt have many so be about 20 mins, in actuall fact we would have to wait 3 hours to be seen by the doctor! The doctor didnt offer her anything to ease her pain . The ambulance staff were very good and kind arriving promptly to our home we called 111 as the pain was that bad, the person on the phone said it was an emergency im sending you into hospital so 111 requested an ambulance there was no where near to have anything to eat even though it was 7 oclock at night. We both couldnt sit there anymore the pain was crippling my friend.

we had to leave the hospital in the end, she discharged herself a nurse said u cant leave! we were both very tired ,hungry sick. Of waiting around for 6 hours which we both could not do i would not rate the service we recieved yesterday
