"personal hygiene"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

my mother in-law has just spent a week in arrowe park. hospital ward 22.im disgusted that she was neither showered or had a bath whilst there or encouraged to. This being something she struggles to do at home staff were aware of this and still didn't do anything about it .given that she has incontinence problems I am even more annoyed. When I questioned staff they said its up to the patient if they shower or not. And people wonder why hospitals suffer from infections and disease. Disgusting !
