"My mum Elaine's radiotherapy and brachytherapy"

About: Colchester General Hospital

What an amazing helpful caring considerate team! My mum is registered severely sight impaired and the team couldn't be more helpful. It's a daunting thing to have treatment but made her feel safe and secure. The brachytherepy team were amazing and so cheerful and friendly and reasuring every step of the way! The only down side was the receptionist who always seemed rude and abrupt which is such a shame as they are the first port of call and let's the rest of the team down. Other than that service and care was exceptional. Thankyou to everyone in the cancer care department. P.s the welcome cup of coffee is a lovely touch!!! ?? ?? ? ?? ?? xx
