"From beginning to end my experience ..."

What I liked

From beginning to end my experience was brilliant. When I was delayed in clinics (not long) I was told why. I was terrified pre and during surgery but I was calmed and treated with dignity. The courtesy call the day after discharge was - for me - a lovely touch. The whole experience was as good as it could be given the circumstances.

As for the staff - I could not in fairness name one over the other. Everyone - and I mean EVERYONE was friendly, caring and helpful.

What could be improved

My only negative was the response I had from the person on the phone at the out of hours service. The rest of my experience meant that her attitude was easy to forgive.
