Day surgery staff and care was 100% fantastic, thank you. Checking me in was very quick and professional.

Left in recovery for three hours as no one could come down from the ward. My recovery nurse took me to the ward, which was nice.

Nurses on the ward were kind but the support workers were awful. Very abrupt and rude. I asked if they could take me to the toilet and wait as I felt dizzy and they walked off leaving me to go back to bed after having major surgery. I am a nurse myself so made sure I didn't keep ringing the bell, every time the support worker came into my room they were off with me and appeared to not like their job.

My partner was shocked at my care and could not wait to get me home.
