What I liked
After I was told I had lung cancer,the speed and understanding I received from all the Doctors & nursing staff was first class.
Even the after care the doctor made you feel a ease.
Anything else?
The first Dr I met when I came to the Northern General, it was his job to tell me that I had got lung cancer,I was addmitted in November 2002 to have surgery,the surgeon,I had part of my lung removed,this resulted in a clean bill of health.
I had some Problems after I came outof hospital but up to now I am very well.
It is now June 2009 and I am still living a good life .I was told at the time if i had not found out about the cancer when I did I would not have seen Christmas 2003.
After saying all that I would like to thank the doctor and surgeon and all their teams,olso the nursing staff on Chesterman one. Once again thanks for the gift of life.
