From my initial consultation and, my discharge date, the whole experience was way beyond my expectations. The professional care and respect that I received was second to none which, immediately put me at ease during this time. I was fortunate enough to have my own room which, was totally unexpected but, at the same time, made my stay even more comfortable.

The nurses were first - class and, always treated me with dignity and kindness and showed a lot of patience when performing their duties. My consultant must also receive a mention as, they are must be one of the best in the County, their professionalism and after care was exceptional. The food and service was again, first - class, top quality and great choice which, was always delivered with a smile.

My recovery was then enhanced with the Phisio Department who, soon had me on my feet and, walking with aids. Their advice and encouragement really helped me to make progress daily and, gave me confidence to get moving and mobile again.

I can,t thank all concerned with my treatment and recovery enough, it was such a pleasure to see and witness so many professional people excel in their roles so, I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you all at Duchy Hospital.
