"Great service in X-Ray"

My 19 month old daughter had a chest x-ray, the radiographer was kind and gentle and the whole process went very well with no tears or upset. The bravery sticker at the end of the x-ray was a great hit. Communication was great and i was fully informed the next steps. The wild life pictures in the waiting area were a perfect distraction and lovely to look at. My only suggestion would be to have a few toys in the waiting area. A big thank you to the x-ray team.

Thank you for such a positive review. It is good to know that your daughter's visit to x-ray went so well. We currently have a project underway to develop a separate area for children attending the department, which will hopefully make things even better for the future. With regard to the availability of toys, we are rather limited by infection control requirements but do try to make areas as child friendly as we can. Thank you again for the great feedback.
