"Ambulance paramedics"

My 4 year old little boy had been poorly so 111 decided to send an ambulance so the paramedics could have a look at him. They were brilliant. Involving him in the conversations, asking him questions, making him smile and most importantly treating him like a proper little person. Thank you so much xx
