"Op to remove a cyst"

I visited the LRI as an out-patient to have a cyst on my abdomen removed and the service I received was faultless! Every member of staff I encountered was helpful and communicative. The ward was incredibly efficient; I was in and out in under 3 hours! The nurse assigned to me was really helpful, kind and caring. The entire team, nurses, surgeons and trainee surgeons were great at putting me at ease, answered any questions I had and made me really comfortable. Well informed throughout the whole procedure, I even came away with bonus knowledge about surgery. 2 weeks later and my wound is healing well. Thanks to all the wonderful staff on the plastics ward!
