Kind, caring, attentive staff. My mother (91) was treated with dignity. The ward was consistently clean. All staff (on or out of the ward) were helpful.
My mother was looked after in an exemplary manner with kind words in tricky situations, with humour when appropriate and professionalism.
The staff were often under pressure but this never reflected on their patient care.
Thanks to the nurses and the rest of the team.
