"Wonderful!"

I had the priveledge of being present at my grandsons birth, and had attended Bracken and labour wards over 72 hours,I spent nearly 14 hours on the labour ward awaiting his arrival. The 2 people that we dealt with most couldnt have been kinder, they explained everything in detail, they werent phased that myself and "the other gran " was in tow. The decor was bright and cheery and everything was wonderfully clean, we had use of a kitchen for drinks and snacks available for them, money box provided for donations to fund it, However after working in hospitals myself for 15 years I cannot fault the service we all recieved and am very impressed, lots of people make negative comments and I have usually heard negative stuff about this place but I can honestly say we were all impressed, Thanks to all concerned !
