"My experience at Boston West for foot operation"

I cannot praise the Hospital enough. I have had so many upsetting experiences in other hospitals. I have seen so much bad practice that I was afraid to have my operation. As soon as I arrived for the pre-op all my fears went away. I was treated with respect and shown empathy by all the staff.

On the day of my operation I was completely calm and the whole experience was superbly managed. All the staff are so pleasant and kind. The atmosphere is calming and infection control is excellent.

I have two more bigger operations to face and have asked my GP to refer me to the Fitzwilliam at Peterborough as it is part of the same group.

I am no longer dreading any further procedures.
