"Total knee Replacement."

I have been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in both knees as well as it in other joints. I cannot praise the hospital enough.

I am still working so being able to continue this I needed a total knee replacement which I had in April 2015. You have. to remain positive and focused. I love the outdoors and for me getting back a better quality life is very important. Within in 2 weeks I was walking 2 miles a day. It is really important to keep up the exercises they give you. I was given 6 lesson to attend in the hydrotherapy pool which has made a big difference. Thanks to the physiotherapist, and two other members of staff. I know I have this journey to go through with the other knee. I haven't battled the big C to give up now. My specialist has done a fantastic job. The NHS has bad press, but for me if they had not found the cancer and treated me I would not be here today. I would to thank each and everyone of you. : - ) x
