"Very disappointing visit"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Sent to hull royal A&E by Beverley community hospital (fantastic staff at Beverley, friendly, polite, couldn't help enough), on arrival at hull royal where on earth is the A&E?? Zero signage, very upsetting looking for the A&E when in considerable pain, eventually found and left in a wheel chair by a friend who had to get back to there car, left to fend for myself after this with no help from the staff, when I asked the staff (including the reception) for help was spoken to very rudely and abruptly, no porters to move me around the ward, can't stress how bad the service was and how demoralising the experience was, never want to step foot in this hell hole again.
