I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff at the hospital who were working on the evening of Saturday, August 22, 2015, when my friend's son broke his wrist whilst on a camping trip in my care.
Every single member of staff, right from reception through to discharge, were friendly, helpful, professional, caring and efficient.
We were dealt with expertly and with minimal waiting around.
The patient was referred to another hospital, and arrangements were made which ensured he was dealt with speedily there too.
The NHS receives much criticism, but there is not one aspect of our treatment that was anything but excellent on Saturday evening.
A super team with fantastic bedside manner and a great example of all that is great about the NHS.
