I recently attended the Derry Unit for a cystoscopy examination, which I am sure for many people would prove daunting and not a little embarrassing, particularly as it was performed by members of the opposite sex.
I must say that I was seen punctually and the examination was performed with kindness, understanding and care.
I was made to feel relaxed by both the doctor and nurse in attendance, who fully explained the procedure and the results in a friendly and professional manner.
I have no hesitation in recommending this department of the NHS to anyone.
"Wonderful treatment from the Derry Unit."
