i went to ent today as my son who is 8 needed new moulds for his hearing aids as ive done many times before when i went the reception no one was on reception and when somone who came i asked if they had a slot to get his moulds done i said i would wait granted i come from otley the other side of leeds which is a long way ,and parking meters ,to be told to make an appointment and they had one in the morning at 9am no good to me ,so i said forget it and walked out my partner asked if there were any appointments and he got 14/9/15 at otley at 4.30 ,so i waisted my afternoon the receptonist was rude abruped and aragant . ive rung the number and no one answers at all so how you ment to make an appointment if you cant get through at all so thats why i drove down and thats reponce i got it wasnt even busy .so why couldnt we wait to just get his moulds done we have done it before and had no problem ,i wont be coming back for moulds and i will only go to have him assest when i get a letter and thats a joke as like i say you ring to either comfirm or cancel or to make another apoint ment and oh ye joy no one answers the phone so what is the point .
